  • Does my child need a ticket?
    Children 12 and under are free and do not require a ticket. Teens 13 and over will require a ticket.
  • Can I get dropped off at the festival?
    Yes, there is a drop off/pickup point for cars, Ubers and taxis.
  • Can I leave the festival and come back?
    No pass outs!

  • Underage patrons
    A responsible adult who is 21 years or older or a sibling who is 18 years or older must accompany underage patrons. Each person can only be a guardian for up to two individuals who are under 18, except for parents accompanying their own children. In addition to their own children, parents may act as guardians for up to two additional children who are not their own. If attending with a ticket-holding adult, children who are 12 years old or younger can attend for free.
  • Guardian Requirements
    To attend the event, underage patrons must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or a responsible adult who is 21 years of age or older, and they must stay with them throughout the event. Siblings or step-siblings must provide proof of their relationship to collect their wristbands, such as matching surnames or home addresses on their IDs. If unsure, they can contact the event organizers for further information. Guardians can only be responsible for a maximum of two underage patrons. Any underage patrons caught drinking alcohol will be asked to leave the event along with their guardian and any other minors under the guardian's care.
  • Can I bring my camera?
    Feel free to bring your camera to the festival, as long as it is not a DSLR or any other camera with a detachable lens. Please note that professional cameras and filming equipment will not be permitted into the venue unless you have a media pass.
  • What you can't bring
    The following items are not permitted at the event: Gas bottles, cookers, and canisters (unless professionally installed in a caravan). Sharp implements, such as knives. Glass containers, including bottles and jars. Pets, except for assistance dogs with the correct paperwork. Alcohol, which is strictly forbidden. If found, it will be confiscated and disposed of, and there may be a potential forfeit of your ticket. Illegal substances/drugs. Fireworks or flares of any kind. Flammable liquids. Laser pointers. Excessive sound systems will be confiscated. Personal motorized vehicles of any kind, including motorized eskis. Bean bags. Large mirrors. Weapons or dangerous items. Any other object that the hosts deem could be dangerous or disruptive to the event, at their discretion.
  • Food
    A variety of food vendors will be present at the event, offering a delectable range of options to cater to various dietary requirements.
  • Drinks
    There will be bars and vendors located throughout the event site, offering an extensive selection of both hot and cold drinks. Free water refill stations will be accessible throughout the site.
  • 18+ Wrist Band
    To obtain an 18+ wristband, a valid form of identification is necessary. Acceptable forms of identification include: Driver's license issued in Australia Firearms license Passport Keypass identity card A document issued by a Federal, state, or territory government department that displays the holder's name, photograph, and age.
  • How do I pay for stuff at the festival?
    We accept both cash and card payments at our event. Please note that there will be no cash-out facility available on-site, so we kindly request that attendees ensure they bring the necessary amount of cash with them.
  • Lost Property
    In case you have misplaced any belongings at the festival, please register the relevant details here, and we will notify you if it has been handed in.
